Entry to Forex should be carried out taking into account the following factors - the dynamics of trend movement, the nearest price level, fundamental news, changes in the speed of price movement.

1. Trend dynamics is one of the most important indicators of its movement; by studying it, you practically get an idea of ​​the current situation.

Movement speed - how many points the price passes in a certain time, for example, in 1 hour. Used if entering Forex is based on pending orders .
In the order, we set the trigger rate higher than the price can pass in an hour, and the lifetime of no more than an hour. As a result, a pending order is opened only if the price jumps in the direction of the main trend. A slowdown in speed may also indicate the possibility of a reversal and the emergence of a new trend.

Therefore, you should not rush to open transactions in the direction of the trend. Rollbacks or corrections – they should definitely be taken into account when searching for entry points; their frequency and magnitude play a role.

The width of the price channel is usually assessed by the most significant lows and highs.

2. Levels – you should not rush to open a transaction if the price is near one of the significant levels, it is unknown how it will behave in the future, a reversal will occur or, on the contrary, a breakdown.

3. News (aka fundamental factors) - you cannot predict the release of unexpected messages, but you can prepare for the release of planned ones, which are reported by the Forex calendar .

Why enter Forex if in a couple of minutes news will come out that can radically change the situation. Let's summarize the above - it is better to enter Forex when there is no news release planned, a reversal has been made at the price level, or the price has broken out, the price has accelerated its movement, a correction has occurred and recovery has begun. If you always take these factors into account, it will help you avoid most of the troubles that are already enough when trading on Forex.
