Mini scalping.

Having heard about scalping, we all imagine earnings of tens, or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. Most beginners are haunted by the fame of Larry Williams, who made more than a million in a year with $10,000.

But one of the features of scalping is that it is much easier to make 10 out of 1 dollar than to make 100,000 out of 10,000; there are several reasons for this phenomenon.

Firstly, this is the psychological pressure of large sums; a trader working with a large deposit becomes more careful, begins to doubt more when opening transactions, and, oddly enough, makes mistakes more often.

You have heard similar stories more than once: “In a few days I increased my deposit from 10 to 300 dollars, then from 300 to 1000, and then lost everything within a few minutes.”

So why not stop at $300, take your profit and continue trading? This is the essence of mini scalping.

A cent account is used for trading .
• Profit should not exceed several hundred dollars.
• Profits are regularly withdrawn to another account.
• Trading volumes increase only due to the growth of the deposit.
• When trading, in any case, use a scalping broker , since you will have to make a large number of short-term transactions.

All these rules are easy to understand using a specific example - Having a deposit of $50, we start working with 0.1 lots, bring it to $100, and increase the volume of transactions to 0.2 lots.

After increasing to $200, we withdraw $50, and change the trading volume to 0.3 lots. So we move up to 300 - 400 dollars, not forgetting to periodically withdraw profits.

Then we leave 50 dollars in the account again and start all over again. The main principle of Mini scalping is not to be greedy.

Even if you manage to earn only 20-30 dollars per day with the current ruble exchange rate, this is already a decent amount.

Most scalpers lose their deposit by excessively increasing trading volumes; if you don’t do this, you can ensure quite stable earnings. And use the accumulated profits in less risky Forex trading strategies .
