Bitcoin capitalization again 1 trillion dollars

Despite the fact that many financiers called the digital currency Bitcoin a soap bubble a couple of years ago, its capitalization continues to grow.

That is, more and more people are beginning to trust the main cryptocurrency by investing in it and increasing the value of this asset.

And today, once again, Bitcoin’s capitalization has reached 1 trillion US dollars, which indicates a high probability of the start of a new upward trend.

Moreover, along with capitalization, daily trading volumes are steadily growing; at the moment they are in the region of 50 billion US dollars.

Which is approximately equal to the annual budget of a country like Ukraine.

 

This situation shows that the prospects for digital money are quite bright; they are increasingly becoming not only an investment option, but are also used in regular payments for goods and services.

One of the reasons for the growing popularity of the digital market was the intensified war with offshore companies, and if previously many countries were simply not willing to allow offshore companies to operate on their territory, now banks have taken over the matter.

Currently, it is extremely difficult to open an account in a European or American bank for a company registered in an offshore zone, and a couple of years ago these banks began to massively refuse service to offshore clients.

It is clear that a holy place is never empty, and cryptocurrency is increasingly emerging as an alternative to offshore companies, because the fact that it has become more difficult to work with offshore companies has made people less willing to pay taxes.

And thanks to Bitcoin and other digital money, you can perfectly hide your income and even cash it out; the only barrier to a new price jump so far is the rather large operating costs that are charged for cash and exchange.

Now they amount to 5-8 percent, which is still several times less than taxes on profits received in most countries. As these costs decrease, the popularity of cryptocurrencies will also increase.

So, we can say that Bitcoin’s capitalization of $1 trillion is still far from the limit.
