Piping is the most profitable and riskiest strategy in stock trading; some classify it as scalping on Forex, while others distinguish it as a separate trading strategy.

Profit from pips can reach 500 percent or more in one session, but at the same time this is the most relaxed type of trading on the stock exchange; you can lose your money even faster than you earn.

Features of pipsing in Forex

Earnings are 20-50 points from one transaction with a 5-digit quote, but since the maximum leverage is used, even these couple of points can give a significant profit

For example, with a deposit of only $100 and using a leverage of 1:500, you can open a deal of 0.4 lots and receive $0.4 per pip. That is, having caught a profit of 50 points, you will already earn $20 from one transaction. And several dozen such operations can be performed in one trading session.

Leverage – recommended size is 1:500, but some traders take risks with larger sizes.

• Piping is carried out only in the presence of repeated fluctuations in the exchange rate.
• The deal is closed with a loss of 20-30 points, or a profit of 30-50; in exceptional cases, if profits grow, you can hold the deal a little longer.
• Stop loss is usually not set, since it is quite technically difficult to do this, but if you wish, you can use special scripts for automatic installation.
• After 10 trades there is a mandatory rest break away from the computer.
