Two brokers in one trading platform
Working with the MetaTrader program, you never cease to be amazed by its functionality and technical analysis capabilities.
The developers of the trading platform have really done almost everything to make the trader’s work easier.
Moreover, even after several years of using it, you discover more and more new functions and capabilities.
Some functions I simply didn’t pay attention to before, but some appeared not long ago, thanks to program updates.
One of these opportunities is to use several accounts from different brokers for trading in one trading platform.
But often a trader has open accounts with other brokerage companies, so he has to download their trading platforms as well.
It turns out that this is not at all necessary; most brokers allow you to trade from an account opened with them and in someone else’s terminal.
That is, in order to use an account opened with, for example, Alpari enough in MetaTrader from RoboForex open a new account:
After that, enter the name of your broker in the search bar and select connect to existing accounts or open a demo account, fill in all the necessary data.
Now our new account, which we just opened, will appear in the navigator window in the “Accounts” section:
This solution allows you to work in one trading platform by switching only between accounts, and not between several programs.
However, in fairness, I would like to note that for some reason this scheme does not always work; some brokers work only through their platforms.
