How to stay healthy while working as a trader
Trading on the stock exchange is not a particularly dangerous disease, but still this type of activity causes a lot of health problems.
And now, after five years of stock trading, you begin to notice the consequences of this seemingly harmless activity.
In this case, first of all, the eyes, spine, blood vessels of the legs and joints suffer, the general condition of the body does not improve, and the nervous system is weakened.
It is easier to prevent any disease than to treat it afterwards, so you need to try to make the trader’s place of work, first of all, as comfortable as possible.
Workplace equipment

In addition, the screen itself should be at a distance of 50-60 centimeters from the eyes, and its brightness should be noticeably reduced. If you have a laptop, then you need to install a special stand for it, this will allow you not to tilt your head while working and will allow you to maintain distance.
Glasses for working at a computer - absorb harmful radiation from the screen. Perhaps they will be useful to someone, I myself have not felt any particular effect from using them, it helps more to blink more often and look away.

The chair should be adjustable in height and be comfortable for the back; the ideal option would be if it is adjustable in height and the armrests should be adjusted to the level of the table.
Rest breaks
If your strategy involves constant presence at the monitor, you must not forget about breaks.
Moreover, during breaks you should give rest not only to your eyes, but also to your whole body. Therefore, during a break you should get up, do a short warm-up and walk around the room.
The breaks themselves should be taken at least once an hour and lasting at least 5-10 minutes.
These simple rules will allow you to stay in good physical shape longer and not develop a lot of health problems due to prolonged sitting at the computer.
