How to stay healthy as a trader
While stock trading is not considered a particularly dangerous activity, it does pose a number of health risks.

And now, after five years of stock trading, you begin to notice the consequences of this seemingly harmless activity.
In this case, the eyes, spine, blood vessels in the legs and joints suffer first and foremost, the general condition of the body does not improve, and the nervous system is weakened.
It's easier to prevent any illness than to treat it later, so it's important to make a trader's workplace as comfortable as possible.
Workplace equipment
The screen should preferably be matte. From experience, I can say that a matte screen makes your eyes much less tired. You'll notice the difference when you accidentally have to work on a laptop with a glossy screen.

Additionally, the screen itself should be 50-60 centimeters from your eyes, with its brightness significantly reduced. If you have a laptop, you should install a dedicated stand to avoid tilting your head while working and maintain proper viewing distance.
Computer glasses – absorb harmful radiation from the screen. While they might be useful for some, I haven't noticed much benefit from them. Blinking more often and looking away helps more.
A chair – a seemingly insignificant element – also plays a significant role in maintaining health:

The chair should be height-adjustable and comfortable for the back. Ideally, the armrests should be height-adjustable and should be adjusted to the level of the table.
Rest breaks
If your strategy involves being constantly present at the monitor, you must not forget about breaks.
During breaks, you should rest not only your eyes but your entire body. Therefore, during your break, stand up, do a little stretching, and walk around the room.
Breaks themselves should be taken at least once an hour and last at least 5-10 minutes.
These simple rules will help you stay in good physical shape longer and avoid a host of health problems from sitting at the computer for long periods of time.
