Trader Veronika Tarasova
Many people are under the impression that stock trading is a purely male profession.
The fact is that the exchange itself as a structure had a very interesting history of development, and in the early stages of its active work, the presence of physical force was of simply enormous importance.
For example, each of you can remember historical photographs of hundreds of strong men pushing and shouting at each other trying to get to the board with quotes.
Naturally, fragile women simply could not work in such conditions; however, as online trading progressed and developed, more and more women became involved in the stock market.
Veronika Tarasova was born in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine on February 12, 1984, into an average Ukrainian family.
From childhood, she showed a great interest in the exact sciences, and was an excellent student at school, which many of her peers took advantage of.
Education
In 1991, she graduated from Zaporizhzhya Secondary School No. 86, and received a diploma with honors, namely a gold medal.
A love of numbers and exact sciences became the basis for choosing a future profession, namely, an accountant.
It's worth noting that Veronica herself couldn't imagine herself attending college full-time, so her decision to pursue a vocational education was merely a planned stepping stone to pursuing higher education part-time.
In 2001, Veronica enrolled in the Zaporizhzhya Trade College, and in her first year of full-time study, she found a job as a promoter, which allowed her to survive not only on her student stipend, but also to earn her first money.
Veronica herself said in her interview that her first job as a promoter taught her to manage her time wisely and complete assigned tasks on time.
After graduating from trade college in 2003, Veronika Tarasova entered the Tugan-Baranovsky State University of Economics and Trade, as originally planned, to study part-time.
It's worth noting that her parallel work as a promoter didn't allow her to pay for her tuition, so she took advantage of an advert for a croupier school, successfully completed the training, and found work at a casino at one of the gaming tables.
It was while working at the casino that Veronica learned to manage risks and realized how gambling can destroy a player's capital.
In 2007, Veronica graduated from the university in the Faculty of Finance and received two honors degrees, namely a bachelor's degree and a specialist's degree.
After completing her studies, Veronica decided to quit her job at the casino and instead found a job at an advertising agency, where she actively led various PR campaigns in Zaporizhzhia and other major cities across Ukraine.
Introduction to the Foreign Exchange Market. Financial Success
Her introduction to the currency exchange happened quite by chance, specifically, she was greatly intrigued by Vyacheslav Taran's book "Playing the Stock Market Is Easy," which she read literally in one sitting.
As Veronica herself claims, by the time she reached the most important second part of the book, she had already opened a demo account in Alpari company, where she successfully lost her first deposit.
She then began actively studying various books and seminars on the foreign exchange market, and as a result, opened two real accounts with the brokerage company Broko and Forex Trend.
In 2009, Veronica demonstrated phenomenal returns, after which her trading was audited and she was awarded the prestigious "Financial Olympus 2010" award for high returns on the foreign exchange market.
It is worth noting that receiving the award, as well as public trading in PAMM The Forex Trend program brought in approximately $10 million to her two investment accounts, and her average return was between 10 and 15 percent per month.
Unfortunately, after the official bankruptcy of Forex Trend, Veronika Tarasova disappeared from the news radar.
