Lately, it's become increasingly difficult to find decent investment projects that don't simply disappear within a month, as happens with most HYIPs, but instead generate stable profits for their investors.

Lack of real documentation, deliberately false information and highly risky investment areas never reassure potential investors.

The company "Partner" was founded in 2013 by the well-known businessman, international investor Alexander Tsvigun.

After a successful year of operation, the decision was made to reorganize the company and take it to a new, higher level. To this end, in 2014, Alexander fully transitioned to the legal framework by receiving the "People's Entrepreneur" certificate in Vinnytsia, Ukraine.

A distinctive feature of this type of enterprise is that permission for this type of activity is obtained from the local community, and the enterprise itself is subject to minimal taxation. It is precisely this minimization of tax payments that has allowed the company to conduct profitable investment activities, and we, as investors, can receive our income quite reliably and without any interruptions.

What makes the "Partner" investment project unique and its advantage over similar HYIP projects? First, I'd like to point out that it's a real company with an office in Vinnytsia, and interested investors can visit the office and meet the co-founder, conduct negotiations, and view detailed financial statements.

What does this give us? Firstly, it gives us credibility, and secondly, if the company defrauds you as an investor, you can file a lawsuit and defend your rights (although it's rather unclear who to sue, as the document clearly shows that the community principle applies). Partner Company actively invests in various industries, not the usual high-risk ones like Forex trading, but in truly real businesses. The company's investment portfolio can be roughly divided into three areas:

1) Trading

Partner is actively involved in the purchase and resale of agricultural products, invests in the agricultural sector, and actively supports the development of organic food production. This is a particularly relevant area for Ukraine, as it has always ranked among the top ten global grain sales.
The company is also actively involved in the resale and import of vehicles from abroad.

This service is more relevant than ever in Ukraine due to the high cost of cars compared to cheaper alternatives in Europe.
 
2) Internet Technologies

The fund's manager is actively involved in the development of internet technologies, so investing in Bitcoin and everything related to its mining remains a priority. Partner also invests in and creates various currency exchange offices and participates in securities procurement.

3) Production

The fund allocates significant funds to projects related to alternative energy sources, construction, eco-friendly products, and the agricultural sector, and also supports water purification businesses. These areas have always been and will always be important for Ukraine, but the administration doesn't stop there and offers you the opportunity to receive funding by submitting your project to the project exchange.

 So, what's so interesting about Partner from an investment perspective? The company offers three types of deposits: "Optimal," "Quarterly," and "Starter.".

With the "Optimal" deposit, the company pays 16 percent interest on the deposit amount for 12 months, and at the end of this period, the principal is not returned. The advantage of this deposit type is the high interest rate, which you can withdraw weekly and accrue daily. The minimum investment amount is $10.

The "Starter" deposit will appeal to wary investors, as it's only available for one month at 5% interest, and at the end of the term, you can withdraw both the interest and the principal. However, the company limits your maximum deposit amount, with a minimum deposit of $10 and a maximum of $50. You can withdraw your interest weekly.

The "Quarterly" deposit is the optimal solution between the two previous offers. The minimum investment is just $10, and the maximum is $1,000, with the deposit term being only three months. The company pays 6 percent per month, and you can withdraw the profits weekly, while the deposit principal is available for withdrawal after one quarter.

In addition to regular deposits, you can earn additional income by referring clients and acquaintances through the affiliate program. The company has created a 10-tier affiliate program, with the first level allowing you to earn 5 percent of the deposits made by your referrals. See below for more details:

However, to withdraw your honestly earned money, you'll first have to top up your account; only then will withdrawals be available. This fact immediately raises concerns and raises suspicions.

Overall, it appears the company isn't investing in the areas it claims, but rather operates under a pyramid structure similar to other pyramid schemes. This is supported by the promise of approximately 200% annual returns.

Therefore, I've decided against working with this company, and you can decide for yourself whether the risk is worth it.
