Bitcoin capitalization again 1 trillion dollars

Despite the fact that many financiers called the digital currency Bitcoin a soap bubble a couple of years ago, its capitalization continues to grow.

That is, more and more people are beginning to trust the main cryptocurrency by investing in it and increasing the value of this asset.

And today, once again, Bitcoin’s capitalization has reached 1 trillion US dollars, which indicates a high probability of the start of a new upward trend.

Moreover, along with capitalization, daily trading volumes are steadily growing; at the moment they are in the region of 50 billion US dollars.

Which is approximately equal to the annual budget of a country like Ukraine.

This situation shows that the prospects for digital money are quite bright; it is increasingly becoming not only an investment option, but also used in everyday payments for goods and services.

One of the reasons for the growing popularity of the digital market is the intensifying war on offshore companies. While many countries were previously reluctant to allow offshore companies to operate on their territory, banks have now taken up the cause.

Currently, it is extremely difficult to open an account in a European or American bank for a company registered in an offshore zone, and just a couple of years ago, these banks began to massively refuse service to clients from offshore zones.

It's clear that nature abhors a vacuum, and cryptocurrency is increasingly emerging as an alternative to offshore companies, as the fact that offshore companies have become more difficult to operate with hasn't discouraged people from paying taxes.

And thanks to Bitcoin and other digital currencies, it's possible to hide income and even cash it out. The only obstacle to a new price surge so far is the rather high operating costs incurred when handling cash and exchange.

Currently, they amount to 5-8 percent, which is still several times lower than the income taxes of most countries. As these costs decrease, the popularity of cryptocurrency will also grow.

So, we can say that Bitcoin's capitalization of 1 trillion dollars is far from the limit.
