Use the PIT37 online calculator to calculate your potential tax refund without registration
If you don't want to waste time registering for online PIT37 tax return calculation services or paying accountants, you can first estimate the amount you'll be refunded.

And at the same time, you are not entirely sure that you are entitled to a refund of the income tax paid in advance for the past year.
You can use a tool like the PIT37 calculator to pre-calculate your refund amount and then proceed to actually filling out the tax return using the relevant services.
Features of using the PIT37 calculator
Often, the amount of these advances is higher than your actual tax bill for the year. Our calculator allows you to estimate your tax refund if you:
- They did not submit a PIT-2 tax return to their employer (due to which the tax was paid without taking into account the monthly benefit).
- You are not on special tax benefits (e.g. “Ulga dla młodych” up to 26 years of age).

How much can I get back after filing PIT 37?
As a rule, the refund amount for a salary without benefits is:
- Salary over 30,000 per year – from 3,600 zlotys
- When applying with a spouse and a salary of more than 60,000 per year - 7,200 zlotys
- If there are minor children or students + PLN 1,112
As a result, a family of two adults with two children has every chance of getting back about 9,500 zlotys.
It's important to keep in mind that the refund amount typically doesn't exceed the total amount of taxes and social contributions paid. If you paid 5,000 zlotys in taxes and social contributions to the state over the year, you won't receive 8,000 zlotys back after filing PIT37.
The PIT 37 calculator is a simple form of income tax refund calculation, so it cannot be used as a basis for a real tax return . The dedicated calculator at www.e-pity.pl takes into account more nuances and is more advanced.
