Super profitable pips
If your deposit does not exceed several hundred dollars, the desire to earn more than the fear
of losing what you have, then pipsing is your choice.
Piping is the most profitable and riskiest strategy in stock trading; some classify it as scalping on Forex, while others distinguish it as a separate trading strategy.
Profit from pips can reach 500 percent or more in one session, but at the same time this is the most relaxed type of trading on the stock exchange; you can lose your money even faster than you earn.
Features of pipsing in Forex
Earnings are 20-50 points from one transaction with a 5-digit quote, but since the maximum leverage is used, even these couple of points can give a significant profit
Leverage – the recommended size is 1:500, but some traders take risks with larger sizes.
Brokers – At the moment I know three brokers that 100% allow scalping, these are:
A-Markets – minimum deposit of $200, five-digit quote, floating spread from 0.2 points.
Alpari – minimum deposit from $10, floating spread from 0 pips, lowest average spread. Both scalping and pipsing are allowed.
RoboForex – deposit from 0 dollars, provided $30 no deposit bonus For new clients, tight spreads from 0.1 pips.
Currency pairs for pipsing – EURUSD, USDJPY, USDCAD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, EURGBP, EURCHF, USDCHF.
Timeframe: M1, transaction duration rarely exceeds several minutes.
Pipsing strategy
One of the advantages of this strategy is its relative simplicity. All trading is based on recurring fluctuations, which are easily identified using the following analysis options.
Constructing a price channel on M1. If a clear price channel emerges, trading can be done in both directions:
Opening a parallel trade means opening an additional trade with a minimum size on the same currency pair, but in a second trading terminal. By monitoring changes in the financial result, we seize the right moment to enter the market.
The stochastic indicator , while not a 100% guarantee, helps in most cases open a trade at the right time.
You can find a detailed description of the strategy for working on the M1 at https://time-forex.com/skalping/st-pips . There's also a ready-made template that lets you set up a chart in just a few minutes.
Also,
- Pipsing is carried out only in the presence of recurring fluctuations in the exchange rate.
- The deal closes with a loss of 20-30 points, or a profit of 30-50; in exceptional cases, if the profit increases, the deal can be held a little longer.
- Stop loss is usually not set, as it is quite difficult to do from a purely technical point of view, but if desired, you can use special scripts for automatic setting.
- After 10 trades, there is a mandatory break to rest away from the computer.
