Statistics Advisor: Your assistant in trading analysis
To achieve stable profits, most professional traders engage in extensive risk diversification.
As a rule, diversification involves not only using many different assets at the same time, but also different strategies and advisors.
Moreover, every trader practicing automated trading has their own portfolio of advisors, which can include up to ten trading robots on a single account, despite the fact that the trader often trades manually.
However, using multiple advisors simultaneously on one account, as well as parallel manual trading, makes the process of analyzing a trading account simply unbearable.
It's worth noting that portfolio trading is particularly difficult to analyze, as identifying which advisor or currency pair failed requires spending countless hours analyzing statistics for each advisor.
The Statistics Advisor is an auxiliary trading expert that displays statistical data on trading on a specific account for a specified period.
It's worth noting that, unlike other similar statistical assistants, the Statistics advisor separates trades opened manually from those opened by advisors, and also displays detailed profitability information for each advisor and currency pair individually.
The Statistics Advisor doesn't open orders, but rather displays the trader's trading statistics for all instruments on the working chart. Therefore, you can use the expert advisor on absolutely any currency pair or time frame; the only requirement is a black chart background.
Installing the Statistics Advisor
The Statistics Advisor is a custom expert advisor that was created specifically to collect statistical data from an account for the MT4 trading platform.
That's why, in order to use the expert advisor, you need to download the advisor files at the end of the article and then install them directly into your trading platform.
The installation process for the Statistics Expert Advisor is no different from installing any other expert advisor. You'll need to copy the downloaded expert advisor files to the appropriate folder in your terminal's data directory.
To access the data directory, launch your trading terminal and go to the "File" menu in the upper left corner. Next, find and select "Open Data Directory" from the list of options that appears.
After the terminal data directory is launched, a list of the platform's system folders will be displayed on the monitor screen. Among these folders, you will need to find a folder called Expert and drop the previously downloaded Statistics advisor files into it.
To ensure the trading terminal can see the installed expert advisor, you need to update it in the navigator panel or restart it. After restarting, Statistics will appear in the list of advisors, and to view account statistics, simply drag the expert advisor's name onto the chart. After applying the expert advisor to the chart, you'll see a table like this:

Data from the table generated by the advisor
After applying the Statistics Expert Advisor to the chart, it's crucial to enter the Expert Advisor password in the settings. Your trading account number serves as the password. After this, the robot will be activated.
To obtain all statistics or for a specific period, you need to go to the History tab in the Terminal panel, and then set the required time interval.

After selecting the history, the advisor will generate a statistical table, and in the very first left column you can see the type of trading (manual or advisor), currency pair on which the deal was opened, as well as the name of the comment advisor.
Using the table generated by the advisor, you can see data on the number of profitable and losing trades for a specific currency pair and a specific advisor, as well as the number of profitable and losing trades made by the advisor or opened manually.
The table also contains data on the number of positive and negative profit points for each instrument, profit and loss in the deposit currency and as a percentage, the mathematical expectation of each transaction, as well as the continuous profit or loss from the deposit.
Advisor settings
All settings for the Statistics expert are labeled in Russian and allow you to enable or disable specific information modules, as well as influence the collection of necessary trader statistics.

In addition to the obvious parameters for disabling or enabling certain data, you can use line S_14 to enable or disable the collection of statistics on transactions whose profit is less spread size, and also exclude the collection of statistics for certain experts by specifying their Magic numbers in lines MG 1,2,3,4.
In conclusion, it's worth noting that the Statistics advisor is an indispensable assistant that allows you to analyze the history of trades opened manually by a trader, as well as by different trading experts simultaneously on a single account, which undoubtedly saves time.
