RSI and Moving Average indicator.
Each technical analysis indicator has its strengths and weaknesses, and it's always a good idea to combine all the useful features into a single analysis tool.
A script called "Stalin" is an attempt to achieve this. It combines two well-known indicators, the Moving Average and RSI .
The "Stalin" indicator is a signal indicator, meaning it signals the opening of positions, and does so in several ways - via arrows on the chart, an email, or a sound signal.
Download the Moving Average and RSI indicator.
It's difficult to assess the effectiveness of this tool, but as its performance history shows, it accurately determines the Forex trend on short- and medium-term timeframes in 70-80 percent of cases.
The indicator operates according to a fairly simple scheme: the Moving Average finds the most suitable market entry points, and the RSI indicator verifies their accuracy.
Parameter settings:
MAMethod – the smoothing degree of the moving average;
MAShift – the deviation of the moving average;
Fast – the fast MA period;
Slow – the slow MA period;
RSI – the period value;
Confirm – the confirmation coefficient;
SoundAlert – an audible alert
; EmailAlert – sending emails to your inbox.
The Stalin trading strategy is quite simple: open long positions when the arrows are up, and short positions when the arrows are down. It is advisable not to hold a position for more than 1-2 hours.
