SWB trading expert
The SWB Expert Advisor is based on the Martingale principle. I first encountered this expert advisor on a well-known English-language forum called Forex Factorii. There, in his thread, the author shared his experience with it for the first time. Many traders were captivated by this masterpiece, which led to the creation of numerous modifications and versions of this expert advisor.
The Expert Advisor is designed to work on the MT4 trading platform and any currency pair. The preferred pairs are the major ones, namely EUR/USD and GBP/USD. The time frame can also be any; I personally tested it on M5.
The advisor opens positions based on three indicators. The first indicator is Bollinger Bands with a period of 20. If the price touches the upper boundary of the channel, a sell position is opened. If the price touches the lower boundary of the channel, a buy position is opened. The second indicator is the well-known stochastic oscillator .
You can read the basic principles of this indicator here. The third indicator is the standard RSI oscillator . The advisor opens a sell position if the indicator line is in the overbought zone, and a buy position if the line is in the oversold zone. Each indicator can be disabled by setting its name to False, or enabled by setting it to True.
The Range parameter controls the number of points between orders. If an order is unprofitable, the EA opens the next position using the initial lot, multiplying it by a factor of 1.5. The factor itself is called "multiplier" in the EA. The settings line labeled "tp in money" indicates profit in the deposit currency.
I initially tested the EA with the default settings. I selected the test period from January 1, 2015, to April 23, 2015, for the EUR/USD currency pair.

After analyzing the results, I see a very large drawdown, reaching 57 percent, and the profit for the period did not even reach 10 percent. Using the EA in this configuration is very risky, as the risks are simply not justified. Let's try a small optimization by increasing the distance between positions and enabling all EAs. And here's what we got:
As you can see, the drawdown has decreased significantly to approximately 6.28%, with a current yield of 8%. A more detailed report can be found in the image below:

I'll attach the settings for this expert advisor along with the expert advisor itself as a .set file. You'll agree, the results are quite good considering the risks involved, and that's despite me not having performed the extensive optimization you can do.
The EA can rightly be called profitable. For those who feel like their broker is helping them destroy their deposits, the EA features a stealth mode feature that displays profit and loss without providing this data to the broker's server, keeping it, so to speak, in its own memory. However, to use this mode, you'll need a server or a stable internet connection. Aforex or Roboforex
Enjoy the trend, gentlemen, download it, test it on a demo account, and don't forget to share your impressions.
