INDO RUN - calm manner, quiet profit!

Greetings, dear visitors of the Expert Advisor Test section. Today I'd like to share the results of a test of a long-time expert advisor, INDO RUN. The advisor itself dates back to 2012 and has earned a rather controversial reputation.

Some praise it, saying it's truly profitable, while others blame it for wasting a significant amount of money. I've only seen such mixed reviews about INDO RUN.

The thing is, the author of the advisor has included such a wide range of settings for this robot that each trader can configure it differently, and that's where all the trouble comes from.

As a reminder, I previously reviewed this expert advisor, so you can learn more about its settings and operating principles in the article titled " INDO RUN ." Given such mixed reviews about the expert advisor's profitability, our team decided to conduct a demo account test.

By the way, we previously conducted a preliminary test of the advisor in the strategy tester , the results of which you can see in the image below:

For testing, we opened a demo account with $10,000, equivalent to $100 on a cent account. To ensure a reliable connection, we installed the expert advisor on a VPS server, so INDO RUN traded 24/7 without any intervention on our part.

Testing began on August 30, 2015, and continued until September 9, 2015. The expert advisor was placed on the EUR/USD currency pair on a five-minute chart with default settings. The INDO RUN expert advisor test results can be seen in the image below:

Considering that the Martingale-based expert advisor managed to generate a profit of three percent of the deposit in such a short period, it's worth noting that the drawdown during trading didn't exceed half a percent. The profit factor of 4.87 indicates that the strategy used in the expert advisor remains profitable to this day. The expert advisor's winning percentage is also high, at 76.9 percent, compared to 23 percent of losing positions.

In conclusion, I'd like to say that the expert advisor has confidently passed all market tests and generated significant profits in a short period of time. A plus for this expert advisor is that a minimum account size of $50 is sufficient for stable trading with a minimum lot size, so anyone can try it out.
